Client Profile
Most clients are small to mid-sized startups, businesses or nonprofits without a dedicated local Human Resource Manager
Some are looking to ‘clean up their HR’ and get compliant, with systems that align with the best practices in their industry
Others are opening their first office in the US, or in a new state, and want someone to guide or manage the process
Some are looking to set up benefits, payroll and policies for their team as the result of a merger, acquisition or divestiture
Many have urgent HR concerns that keep them up at night
But ALL of HLC’s clients care a lot about their people, and don’t want to spend a lot of time, energy or money on HR services, strategy or ongoing support
